Terms of Use

1. Introduction

Welcome to AHEADD, a career planning and execution platform operated by Dream Ahead Tech Pvt. Ltd. (“AHEADD”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and accessible through our website and mobile application. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AHEADD, including free and paid features. By accessing or using AHEADD, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Overview

AHEADD provides career-related tools and services including AI-powered career guidance, profile and resume tools, skill identification and skill-gap analysis, career and course recommendations, job and internship discovery, application-related tools, interview preparation, notifications, community features, and connections with skilling, financial, recruitment, and other third-party partners. Features may vary by plan and may evolve as the product improves.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate and current information when creating or using an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account. Where applicable law requires parental or guardian consent for a user’s use of the service or processing of personal data, such consent must be obtained before use. AHEADD may suspend or restrict accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in material breach of these Terms.

4. Free and Paid Plans

AHEADD operates on a freemium model. The Basic plan provides selected services without a subscription fee. Premium and Super Premium plans provide additional paid features. The current features, prices, billing periods, and usage limits are displayed on the AHEADD pricing page and/or at the point of purchase.

At the time these Terms take effect, the pricing page offers Premium at ₹99 per month or ₹999 per year, and Super Premium at ₹399 per month or ₹3,999 per year, in each case plus applicable taxes. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year. If pricing or plan features change, the price and terms displayed to you before purchase or renewal will govern that transaction, subject to applicable law.

5. Paid Features and Usage Limits
  • Premium currently includes ATS-compliant, job-specific resume building and AI-assisted auto-apply/application tracking for up to 20 jobs or internships per month, in addition to Basic features.
  • Super Premium currently includes ATS-compliant, job-specific resume building, AI-assisted auto-apply/application tracking for jobs and internships without the Premium plan’s stated monthly numerical limit, AI-powered interview preparation, personalised learning recommendations, and hyper-personalised notifications, in addition to Basic features.
  • Any feature described as ‘unlimited’ is subject to reasonable technical, security, anti-abuse, third-party platform, and fair-use controls. It does not permit automated abuse, scraping, spam, circumvention of platform restrictions, or unlawful activity.
  • Feature availability may depend on third-party websites, employers, recruiters, APIs, payment providers, or other services outside AHEADD’s control.
6. AI-Assisted Applications and User Authorisation

Where you choose to use AI-assisted application or auto-apply features, you authorise AHEADD to use the profile, resume, preferences, answers, and other information you provide for the purpose of preparing, assisting with, submitting, or tracking applications as described in the relevant feature. You remain responsible for reviewing your profile and application information for accuracy and for complying with the terms and requirements of employers and third-party platforms.

AHEADD does not guarantee that an application will be successfully submitted or received, that a third-party platform will remain available, or that use of an application feature will result in an interview, admission, internship, employment, offer, or other outcome.

7. Subscriptions, Billing and Automatic Renewal

Paid plans may be offered on monthly or annual subscription periods. Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, a recurring subscription will automatically renew for the same billing period until cancelled. By selecting a recurring subscription and authorising payment, you authorise the applicable recurring charge in accordance with the payment mandate and applicable payment rules.

Where required by applicable payment regulations or your payment provider, notifications, authentication, mandate modification, or mandate revocation may be handled by your bank, card issuer, payment network, app store, or payment service provider. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through the subscription-management mechanism made available by AHEADD or, where the subscription was purchased through an app store or other third-party billing platform, through that platform.

Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. It does not ordinarily terminate access immediately: you may continue using the paid plan until the end of the subscription period already paid for. Cancellation does not ordinarily entitle you to a full or pro-rata refund for the current subscription period.

9. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the applicable subscription period has commenced, except as expressly stated in the AHEADD Cancellation & Refund Policy or where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

10. Changes to Plans, Prices and Features

AHEADD may add, modify, replace, limit, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We may also change subscription prices. Material changes affecting a paid subscription will be communicated or displayed as reasonably appropriate, and a changed renewal price will apply only in accordance with the notice, consent, mandate, and other requirements of applicable law and payment systems.

AHEADD will not intentionally remove access to the core paid service already purchased in a manner inconsistent with applicable consumer law. Where a paid service is materially deficient or materially different from what was advertised or agreed, remedies will be provided as required by applicable law.

11. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
  • Provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
  • Use AHEADD only for lawful, personal career-related purposes unless AHEADD has expressly agreed otherwise.
  • Do not impersonate another person or submit false or misleading application information.
  • Do not interfere with the platform, bypass technical or usage limits, reverse engineer protected components, introduce malicious code, scrape the service without permission, or use automation outside features expressly provided by AHEADD.
  • Do not use community or communication features to harass others, distribute unlawful material, spam, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
12. Recommendations, AI Outputs and No Professional Advice

AHEADD’s recommendations and AI-generated outputs depend on information supplied by users, available data, algorithms, and third-party information. AI outputs may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate and should be reviewed before important decisions are made.

AHEADD provides career-support and informational tools and does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice. Career, academic, course, job, salary, recruitment, financing, and similar recommendations are not guarantees of outcome.

13. Third-Party Services and Opportunities

AHEADD may display or facilitate access to jobs, internships, courses, skilling providers, employers, recruiters, financial-service providers, websites, or other third parties. Unless expressly stated otherwise, those third parties operate independently and their own terms, eligibility criteria, privacy practices, prices, decisions, and service conditions may apply. AHEADD does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, suitability, selection decision, performance, or outcome of third-party opportunities or services.

14. Intellectual Property

AHEADD and its software, branding, interfaces, models, workflows, content, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Dream Ahead Tech Pvt. Ltd. Subject to these Terms, users receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service. No ownership rights are transferred to users.

15. Privacy

Use of personal data is governed by AHEADD’s Privacy Policy and applicable law. By using features that require information to be shared with an employer, recruiter, training provider, financial-service provider, or other third party, you authorise the sharing necessary to perform the action you have requested, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable consent requirements.

16. Service Availability

AHEADD is provided on an ‘as available’ basis. We aim to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, internet failures, third-party outages, employer website changes, API restrictions, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect service availability.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AHEADD and Dream Ahead Tech Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of opportunity, employment, income, data, or anticipated benefit.

For paid services, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, AHEADD’s aggregate liability arising from the paid service will not exceed the subscription fees actually paid by the affected user to AHEADD for that paid service during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, refund, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

18. Suspension and Termination

AHEADD may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, unlawful activity, abuse, non-payment, or material breach of these Terms. Where reasonably practicable and appropriate, we will provide notice. Termination for user misconduct does not create a right to a refund except where required by law.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published with its effective date. Where a change materially affects an existing paid subscription, we will provide notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights or forums available to consumers under applicable law, courts of competent jurisdiction in New Delhi will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, the pricing and purchase information presented at checkout, and any additional terms expressly accepted for a specific paid service, form the agreement governing your use of AHEADD. If specific purchase terms conflict with these Terms, the specific purchase terms will govern that transaction to the extent of the conflict, subject to applicable law.
